In 2004 group of our present team members started a large-scale and promising project – first Georgian full-length animated film “Didi” directed by Malkhaz Kukhianidze (original story and script by Erlom Akhvlediani) .
Shortly, it’s a catchy Georgian story about granddad and grandson who are fighting against bad evils. Story full of interesting adventurous turns, expressed in vivacious 2D animation. Unfortunately project stopped. Why? Mainly because of financial reasons caused by economical crisis in country. Fortunately – guys didn’t waste their time and made 3 min pilot version. Here it is (sorry for Georgian language, hopefully, animation speaks itself):
We promise to ourselves – we won’t let this initiative “to get dusty” somewhere on the shelf. We hope to finish it till the end in the future (even maybe in not very near).
